6:30 to 8:00 p.m. – Welcoming Reception and Activities (hors d’oeuvres, 1 complimentary drink, cash bar)

8:00 - Free time – on your own for dinner and networking
Wednesday March 23rd, 2011:
7:30 to 9:15 a.m. – Breakfast, Board Meeting, Update and Marching Orders
9:30 to 9:45 a.m. – Travel to the Capitol
10:00 to 11:00 a.m. – Cabinet Room
Welcome and “The State of our State” from Senator Jack Latvala
11:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. – Free time for individual appointments with legislators
12:00 to 1:15 p.m. – Luncheon Over Tallahassee – 22nd Floor of the Capitol
Speaker Dave Aronberg, a former State Senator now serving as Special Counsel to Florida Attorney
General Pam Bondi
1:30 to 4:30 p.m. – Free time for individual appointments with legislators
4:30 p.m. – Transportation back to the hotel
4:30 to 5:00 p.m. – Wrap-Up Meeting and Video Taping, pick up Luggage
DETAILS:
4aaf will cover District Committee Chairs and Federation Delegates’ hotel room and meals, based on 2 people per room. Please let us know if anyone needs a room to themselves or to discuss a rate (half of a hotel room) if you will be bringing more than your number of delegates.
Rate for additional attendees: $190 per person (if you share a room, the room fee is $140).
